Gay Rights in Latin America

There's a great organization called the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC -- pronounced "Eagle Hurc" for short). I just got an e-mail from them about a campaign to protest the arbitrary detention of homosexuals in Caracas, Venezuela. They also do work on African issues, to connect with the previous blog entry.
